The Gem Stone I received looks nothing like the picture and the diamond is so small you have to use a magnifying glass to see it, or you wouldn't even know it was there. When i added to cart I noticed extra items on my order. If you are not careful to remove them you will be charged for them. In fact I ended up with two necklaces, and had to return one. Because of the promotional discount, I didn't catch it at checkout. However I was impressed with how fast the item was shipped.
